Im not going to say that i'm old. not at all. please, being 24 is not THAT old, even if you are 12, we are in the same chinese zodiac! yay ! *big-cyinical-grin*
Anyway, most of my fabulous girl friends have their perfect of a perfect shimmering-shining-unique-romantic-exceedingly great wedding. A nice, tight and slimming wedding dress by anne avantie or vera wang, a white sand and blue ocean , a green grass, or maybe a lucrative indoor reception. whatever it is, please re-consider...
Here we are, talking about us*, who create a perfect image of wedding reception without the essence of wedding itself. It takes 2 hours in a lounge, with a glass of red wine and a basket of chips, and the blabbing is going here and there (and of course, distraction of the 'suspicious' sighting of a young girl with an old bald man -who can stand not to talk about it anyway?-) and the result is here *drumroll* :
"are we ready YET? or we* just rushed by our married friend, therefore we just want to rush it, then we'll get the normal label? or just to avoid the 'BIG' question you've avoid in your friend receptions? or you just want to throw a big party (since the last time you have it is when your best friend is pimples and high school drama from your sweet 17th bday?)? or love, readiness for the happy and sappy moment you'll spend with your lifetime partner ? or is it an act of devotion?
Because we're not living in a 90 minutes pixar life , friends. And live happily ever after is just a phrase in a disney line.
it's not far far away, marry your mr.right, not mr. right now..
Loves,
Ms.K
(which i believe will still be a 'miss' until my silver age)
note:
* : please pinch yourself if you think this 'us' / "we" refers to me and boyfie. this 'us'/"we" is myself and my girl friends

To me, rushing to a marriage when we're not even sure we want a marriage is more for securing a need for the big L : lust.
Nice note, Ms.K! ^^
